Welcome
to our home on the web! We are the team of Gary and
Linda Willett. We will be working on this version of the site
for awhile, so don't expect it to be complete anytime soon. Actually,
it will be a dynamic operation, so some ongoing construction will be the
norm.
We
recently relocated from Boise, ID, to Foresthill, CA. Linda retired from
her position with the Idaho Federal Courts and Gary retired from the University
of California at the end of 2003 then spent 8-10 years working with the
AARP TaxAide program in Idaho. Since we were both retired, it was time
to return to the land of our youth and the location of our children and
grandchildren. Here in Foresthill we enjoy the wonderful forest setting
yet are not far from area towns and freeways.
Originally from the California Bay Area, we moved to Salem, Oregon, late
in 1991 then to Colorado in 1998. Although we thoroughly enjoyed
living in Colorado, our close ties to the Northwest finally brought us
back to CA in 2000 when we moved to Roseville, CA. After Gary's
retirement we moved to Boise, ID, bringing us closer to Gary's parents
in Eastern Oregon, and a return to more defined seasons.
Through this site, we'll attempt to let others get to know us, and share
some of the experiences we have along the road of life.
